We left anchor at Salerno and sailed up the Amalfi coast to Amalfi. Had amazing winds (10-15) so could sail right along the coast at speed – quite exhilarating. Took a mooring ball and explored the town in the afternoon. Went back past the tourist bit and saw some lemon and grape groves cut in to the mountain. Had a nice dinner at a place that had its own small courtyard …and for once no pasta or pizza. I had buffalo and Sabina had lamb. Went back to the boat early and tried to sleep …. But it was quite rough 🙁
