We stopped into Marsala to get our watermaker installed, and the owner of the watermaker company recommended La Marinara for lunch. A great tip! The restaurant offers a new menu each day, based on the fresh fish and seafood they were able to buy. All our dishes were exceptional, including grilled local red mullet and a traditional Sicilian eggplant caponata enhanced with fresh fish seafood. A family-own restaurant, the owners’ son waited on our table and told us tales of his travels to New York and Australia to build his experience in the restaurant business.
