We had an amazing meal for my (Sabina’s) birthday at Ses Forquilles in Mahon. The place was small, with a lovely foodie ambiance, but not too long of a wait. They had some flavourful wines by the glass, and we each tried 2-3. But the real star of the restaurant was their tapas. Each one was delicious and balanced creative flavours. My favourites were their suckling pig — crisp, thin pieces perfectly cooked, and their fois gras grilled with a fried egg. We loved this place so much we went back again the next night.
